Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: OUR LOVINGLY RENOVATED BARN IS SET IN 9 ACRES AND WILL HAVE A FABULOUS NEW SALT WATER POOL FOR 2006. IT SLEEPS 16+ IN 6 BEDROOMS ALL WITH EN-SUITE SHOWERS & BASINS. The Futuroscope, La Rochelle, Cognac all within easy reach. Local activities include canoeing, horse riding, cycling, microlight flying and fishing. Accommodation: all 6 bedrooms have beamed ceilings & extensive views - 1 fully wheelchair accessible. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. Huge oak beamed living/dining room with digital TV, phone etc. Shady terrace & BBQ, boules court, table tennis. The new pool will be 12m x 4m with an additional baby pool. It will be a solar heated, salt water pool with underwater lighting, a large shady terrace and plenty of sun beds. Bed linen & cot provided. Available all year round. English owners live adjacent.
