Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Superb quality, fully equipped house, situated in a quiet residential area overlooking communal pool and attractive gardens. The house is approximately 15 minutes walk to the local beach at La Zenia, with beach bars. Large supermarket, and a number of restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes are within walking distance, or a 10 minute drive will take you to Villamartin Plaza, housing first class restaurants and bars. Torrevieja has a lovely beach and marina and has a superb selection of bars and restaurants, many on the water front - (15 minute drive away). Three championship golf courses are within a 5 minute drive - Villamartin, Campomoar and Las Ramblas.
