Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: The detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). It is located in a tranquil setting yet minutes walk from beautiful beaches and the port of Puerto Banus, with its huge array of boats, shops, bars and restaurants. In addition to all this, minutes walk from the villa there are lots of local shops and restaurants, even a local market and casino.
The villa is comfortable, sleeps six, with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two TVs, two stereo systems, two video players and one DVD player. A variety of DVDs and Videos are provided – especially for children.
There is a sauna, a private pool, private secured parking and an enormous roof terrace with water fountain and barbeque (with spectacular sunsets and views) There is even a kid’s play area in the front terrace.
The villa also boasts full air conditioning/ heating, and an open fire in the living room. There are two indoor and two outdoor dining areas, an indoor and outdoor lounge, two sunbathing areas, one on the huge roof terrace, and one by the pool.
Towels, bed linen, and a cleaner is provided every 7 days, and the owner lives close by so is available 24 / 7 if you need anything extra. A baby sitting service can be arranged for example.

How to get here: Best arrival airport is Malaga, journey time from airport aprox 25 mins by car. A hire car is not essential, but would work out cost-effective if you take taxi fares from the airport (aprox 55€ each way) into account. Also a hire car would enable you cheaply to visit the many amusement, aqua, and safari parks along the coast, or take your golf clubs to the enormous choice of quality golf courses!
