Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: This large detached well equipped 5 bedroom gîte, ( One of 3 ) sleeps 10.
Set in large shared grounds (4 acres) with private garden and terrace with B.B.Q, garden furniture and swings.
Shared tennis & outdoor fenced heated swimming pool (12 X 6 metres).
The cottage consists of :
Ground Floor : large spacious living room with satellite T.V, woodburner, settee & armchairs.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. W.C, bathroom and double bedroom.
Electric heating, Washing machine.
1st floor : has a shower, W.C and four bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 twin ).
There is a cot and a highchair available.
Three delighful detached gites standing in 4 acres.
There is a shared heated swimming pool ( 12m x 6 and 1m x 2,50 deep ) and completely fenced off. Tennis court & Badminton. Games room comprises of Table Tennis, Baby foot.
The autoroute is just 5 kilometres away from the gites and gives easy access to the popular resorts of Carnac ( famous for its Menhirs ), the glorious sands of Quiberon beach, Concarneau, Larmor-Plage, Vannes and their many sandy beaches. Brittany offers many things of interest including Josselin's beautiful castle and half timbered buildings, fortified towns and picturesque fishing villages such as St-Goustan.
The cottages are situated in the country near the Blavet Valley just 2 kilometres from the river Blavet, with its many kilometres of foot path ideal for walking and cycling.
There is a pleasure boat which departs from the canoë/kayak centre just ten minutes drive away in the village of Lochrist, which also has a cycle hire center.
There are two riding schools just five minutes drive away.
Two 18-hole golf courses are within thirty minutes drive ( leval Quéven and Ploemeur océan).
The Blavet with its small lakes and streams offers miles of fishing.
Change over day is Saturday, but we can be flexible on change over days out of season.
The 3 cottages are centrally heated, the two larger gites have a woodburner which makes it very cosy on autumn and winter evenings.
Logs are available from the owner at a reasonable fee. Linen can also be hired.
