Special Offer / Late Bookings: Why not visit in September or October? It is usually a lovely time of year here weatherwise. Great bargains to be had. Also, convenient for the World Rugby 7 series games in St. Etienne (Scotland & Japan) in September. Approximately 1 hour away by car. Leave the ladies by the pool (or shopping) whilst the chaps go & watch the rugby (or vice versa!). Contact us for details!

Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Recently renovated farmhouse (2005) with private pool and panoramic views - available all year round!
Our 200 year old newly renovated house with private pool is set on the edge of a small, quiet village in the south of Burgundy within easy reach of the Beaujolais and Burgundy vineyards.
Secluded yet with magnificent panoramic views over the rolling Roannais countryside, this character house has been sympathetically renovated to provide a mix of traditional features with modern facilities.
On the ground floor:
Sitting room with 3 sofas, UK TV, etc. (see full list below)
Dining area with seating for 8 people and fireplace
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill, hob, microwave, oven
Laundry room with washing machine, iron, sink
Loo
On the first floor:
4 bedrooms comprising:
2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms - sleeps a maximum of 8 people
2 shower rooms with loo and WHB
Entertainment: audio tape player, CD, DVD/video player, radio, stereo system, tv with some UK channels
Outside: barbecue, garden, parking, terrace, 8 garden chairs, 4 beach chairs, table tennis.
Private, illuminated, heated outdoor swimming pool (9x4.5 m) but please note that the swimming pool will not be available between the beginning of October and the end of April. The pool may be heated on request for an additional charge based on the metered fuel used charged at cost.
Children & long term renters welcome.
All linen is included: i.e. bed linen, pool towels, tea towels
Hairdryers provided in each bedroom.
Sorry but non smoking only & pets not allowed.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
