Situated on an exclusive new development on the outskirts of the all year round traditional town of Paralimni, South East Cyprus, the apartment is air conditioned and has a large sun terrace, with not too distant sea views. Excellently located, there is a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and traditional tavernas just 5 minutes away. A local fruit market and a large modern supermarket are within a few minutes walk.
Famous 'Fig Tree Bay' and the picturesque nature reserve of 'Cape Greco' are just a 10-15 minute car drive away, and a selection of reputedly some of the best sandy beaches on the island are just 5-10 minutes away, making this a lovely and convenient location for a quiet family holiday, ideal for couples and families of all ages. The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a 10-15 minute drive away, approx 20 mins by bus.
