Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Near the beautiful Guaceto tower beach, reserves natural and protected sea area of the WWF, the villa is ideal for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Puglia for those who enjoy the sun and sea. The Villa is formed by two independant flats and a small guest house, all available seperately.
This characteristic makes it perfect also to lodge a group of 2-3-4 families.
Villa Nadia is the biggest flat on the 9000 sqm grounds with vast lawns and a beautiful swimming pool with isle. The house, equipped with an alarm system which is connected directly to the security main office, on two floors, sleeps 4 + 3: the upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom) and a bathroom, the downstairs has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a laundry room. The main entrance faces the garden (see photo). Next to the building there is a characteristic structure with a wood-burning stove and a barbeque, where one can enjoy preparing delicious pizzas or grilled meat from the nearby farmhouses, renowned for their authenticity.

How to get here: Drive to the motorway E55 Bari-Brindisi, approximately 20 Km north to Brindisi, exit to Serranova - Torre Guaceto and continue to the village of Serranova that is 5 Km far from the motorway.
For those who are coming from airplane: the airport ' Papola' in the norther part of Brindisi, (nearest to the motorway E55) is 20 km far from the villa. Every day flights connect Brindisi with the international airports of London, Milan and Rome
