Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Windsor Palms Villa Taina is located within the exclusive Windsor Palms Resort only 3.5 miles to Disney. Located on the second floor, our condo is the largest of the 3 bedroom condos with over 1410 sq. ft. of living space and one of the few units that over-looks the pool, tennis courts and community club house.
This resort features a stunning clubhouse with a 58-seat movie theater, video rentals, convenience store, exercise room, recreational room, large swimming pool, kiddie’s pool, and ten-person Jacuzzi. An outdoor grilling/picnic area is offered next to the children’s gym and sand play area. Outdoor tennis courts and half-court basketball and volleyball courts all lighted for night time play. All clubhouse amenities are free to our guests. This up-scale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 24 hours a day. Shuttle services also available to all parks for a small fee. Our villa is in the enviable position next to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
Our spacious villa features one master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and en-suite, 2nd bedroom consist of a queen size bed, TV, and family en-suite which can be divided into a private en-suite and the 3rd bedroom consist of two twin beds and a TV. All Bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The living room consist of leather queen sleeper and love seat, 31" TV with cable, DVD, VCR, CD, cassette player and a home entertainment system with large surround sound speakers. Kitchen is fully equipped including full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories you’ll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. Our villa also offers full size washer and dryer and is fully air conditioned. All linen and towels are also provided. Free wireless DSL internet. How to get here: Orlando International Aiport. Take the north exit towards Orlando on route 528 (toll road) Exit at I-4 west towards Disney World. Exit at exit 64B into 192w. At marker #5 make a left turn at intersection Formosa Gardens. Continue one mile to Windsor Palms Resort. Enter at Guard station and make a right turn. Make next left turn. At second street (Butterfly Palm Way) make a left turn. Condo is next to the club house pool and tennis courts on the left.
