The prices vary from 995 to 2100 euros per week depending on the season. Short stays with a minimum of three nights are possible outside the main season, with no fixed day of arrival. During the peak season there is a minimum stay of a week, with the changeover day being Saturday. After departure a surcharge of 150 euro is levied for linen and cleaning. A guarantee fee is levied of 250 euro. This will be returned after inspection. You are requested to pay 10% after acceptance and the remainder ten weeks before you enter the house.

Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: In an elevated yet private setting, with extensive views over the Dordogne countryside, this spacious property is set in a large garden with its own swimming pool. The modern and comfortable accomodation is mainly on the first floor, opening on to a wide balcony along the front, while outside, the pool area has its own summer kitchen and dining area, the perfect place to relax. There is a tennis court that that is fit to play doubles.
Just a few minutes’ drive away is the picturesque riverside town of Brantome, known as the Venice of the Perigord, which offers an ancient abbey, troglodyte tours and many pretty riverside restaurants. Also nearby is the chateau of Bourdeilles, open to visitors, while a little further lies the ancient city of Perigeux, with its cathedral and restored artisan’s district to explore. Perigeux is a large historic city with all facilities available. Just around the house there are plenty of woodland trails and roads to explore, ideal for hiking and biking trips. Father away the local rivers like the Dordogne provide an opportunity for canoeing! In Champagnac bel-air you find a fine five star restaurant.
