Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Overlooking the sea, just a minute or so from the beach on the fringe of Playa del Inglés Gran Canaria, these delightful & very private apartments offer perfect holiday accommodation for two people with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and furnished terrace. Satellite TV is provided free of charge with a limited choice of English stations, Full picture window in lounge afford sea views (top floor apartments only) and have patio style doors opening on to the large balcony. Great for eating al fresco, drinks, or sunbathing.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is provided for your comfort, even a corkscrew. Incidentally an iron and small ironing board are also provided.
The bathroom has full size bath and shower, bidet, toilet, pedestal washbasin and hairdryer.
The bedroom has full size sliding door wardrobe with built in shelves, twin beds and clock radio. The balcony can be accessed through patio style sliding doors. All bed linen and personal towels are provided, but we ask that you bring (or purchase) beach towels for the pool or beach.
The balcony is the full width of the apartment offering plenty of space for table, chairs and a clothes airer yet still leaving sufficient room to lie around sunbathing.
The apartments are on the four floors with the top floor affording splendid views of the sea, but as there is no lift perhaps it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those who find it difficult to climb stairs.The ground floor apartments howeverare easily accessible for guests with special needs
The exclusive apartment complex is surrounded by mature well-tended gardens with two, heated swimming pool. The gardens have plenty of loungers and sunshades needed for complete relaxation. Most of the apartments in this small select development are privately owned and the ambience is one of tranquillity, in the company of mature couples. Entry to the garden and the apartments is through a secure permanently locked gate for which you will have a key. The apartments and gardens are ideal for a those wanting peace and quiet and relaxation, yet just a few minutes away one can enjoy a variety of pleasant restaurants overlooking the sea with an exciting nightlife of bars and restaurants of the centre of Playa del Inglés just a short walk away
