Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: This delightful ***apartment (120 m2) with enclosed garden on the ground floor of a traditional Basque villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms.
It is located in a peaceful residential area of the old fishing town of St Jean de Luz, 10 miles south of BIARRITZ.
The clear ocean waters, sandy beaches and the historical town centre of St Jean de Luz, with its pedestrian shopping streets and many bars and restaurants, are within walking distance, as well as a bakery and small supermarket.
The property has a lovely garden (2000m2), with a private sunny terrace and barbecue. You can park up to 3 cars off road.
Several golf courses, horse riding and tennis facilities are available locally. It is also a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, such as the foothills of the Pyrenees and the small towns across the Spanish border (within 15 miles). The resident owners speak english.
The distance to the beaches is about 2 km, as well as to the old and lovely fishing harbour and city center of St jean de Luz. Within walking distance at 500 meter of the holiday home you will find a bakery and small supermarket.
