Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Set on a hillside in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of town, and with breath-taking views over the Mediterranean, a very attractive grand villa that has been converted to provide exclusive holiday accommodation for those clients not wishing to have to share the pool with 50 other apartments.
The lower floor comprises two apartments with an interconnecting door. These combine to provide 3 double / twin bedrooms 2 with en suite shower / WC and a third shower / WC; two living rooms & kitchens. There is space to put in a z-bed if required.
The villa has lots of terracing; an 8 metre pool; half-acre garden; table-tennis & dartboard. Free parking on street; two restaurants are 7 mins walk. Nearest beach is 12 mins walk. Best beach is by the Port (5 mins drive). Nearest golf & town centre are 10 mins drive.
Nearby (less than 45 mins drive) places
to visit include Selwo Safari Park; Marbella; Gibraltar; Puerto Banus; the white villages of Casares, Manilva & Gaucin. Places for children like Seaworld, Crocodile Park, Water Parks, Tivoli World etc. are all under the hour.
A little further afield, but easily reached are Cadiz, Seville, Malaga, Cordoba & Granada.

How to get here: DIRECTIONS: Malaga Airport – Estepona (Villa Tranquilla)
(Journey time about one hour - 80km)
* When leaving Malaga Airport keep in the right - hand lane all the time and head for Cadiz.
* Pass the BMW showroom and muebles and there is a two-lane slip road with blue sign. Follow this NOT the white sign to Torremolinas.
* Once on this road you can move from the slow lane if you wish. The top of the hill is a good 10Km
* Going down the other side, keep in the middle or fast lane as you will need to follow the AP-7 / E15 Peaje (toll) road. The total cost of the Peaje (two sections) is currently €5.20, or €9.20 in the summer and special holidays. After a while you will arrive at the first pay station at Calahonda.
* A few Kilometres further you will pass a huge commercial development called, La Cañada / Al Campo on your right. Marbella is the metropolis on the left. Keep going and when the road splits, keep on the AP-7 / E15 Peaje road. You will come to a second pay station at San Pedro. Continue on the AP-7 / E15
* After what seems forever you'll arrive at the outskirts of Estepona. Ignore all signs to come off. Keep heading for Cadiz / Algeciras / Estepona but now on the A7 road. Avoid the tunnel leading to the AP-7 / E15 Peaje and keep in the right hand lane that takes you up a small hill. At the roundabout at the top, take the A7 exit towards Cadiz / Algeciras.
* You will come down a hill with a quarry on the right. A large roundabout with "ESTEPONA" in 5 ft high letters and some wonderful palm trees is ahead.
* Keep in the right hand lane and continue straight on. After 1km, you will see shops on your right including Danycars. Just past the last unit, Restaurant La Menorah, you will see a slip road with 60; 40 speed signs and "Urbanizacions". Come off here and you will be entering Don Pedro. Turn right at the roundabout (with an office on it) into C/ Estrella and left into C/ de la Luz. Villa Tranquilla is the last house on the left. There is an intercom at the top pedestrian gate.
*If you get lost near to the house, or if you need to pick up basic provisions, you'll see a Shell petrol station by the "ESTEPONA" roundabout. Park here and call me on your mobile or from the public telephone there if you need any assistance.
