Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Villa directly facing the sea on the rocks near the beach with sand. Ideally for families .few minutes walking distance from the beach.

The ancient, savage and involving atmosphere of the surroundings makes this villa, placed on the cliff of the promontory of Ansedonia, on the side of Tagliata Etrusca and Spacco della Regina, a special holiday location with an exceptional view on the Mediterranean sea and on the natural coast of Maremma. The particularly mild climate of the area encourage an ideal stay even in spring and autumn with the possibility to take a bath in the sea.
The villa of mediterranean style, with a terrace facing the sea, has a fenced garden of about 1000 mq, with typical vegetation, gazebo for outside meals, barbecue.
The villa, for 6 persons, consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-room with fireplace, dining-room, equipped kitchen. Elegantly furnished with antiquities and typical tuscan style. From all the rooms there is sea sight. The Garden is cared by our gardener.

Dependance: for 2 persons in typical Mediterranean style, in the garden, with private entrance, double room with bath-shower.
Studio: for 1 person with large window door and bath-wc

Distance from the beach and from the cliff: 5 minutes walking by the road ofr by the stairs on the rock (80 m. from the villa).
