Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Luxurious 1 bed, beachfront appt, located on the 6th floor of the Palm Beach Appts, with beautiful sea views. The appt block has 2 lifts and is wheel chair friendly. It is located opposite the 6 km Blue flag beach, with its long promenade, beach bars, returants and shops. The appt is fitted with a fully functioning kitchen, which includes, washing machine, waste disposal unit, built in oven, 5 burner gas hob, extractor fan, seperate built in fridge and freezer, microwave, electric toaster and kettle. The lounge houses a sofa bed, various tables and a sideboard. It is cooled by a ceiling fan with remote control (not air con). There is a tv, which picks up sat channels, including BBC 1&2, ITV 1&3 and eurosport, as well as numerous local and foreign stations, it also has a DVD/CD player and seperate Radio/CD player. The bedroom has 2 x single beds, 4 x chests of drawers, ceiling fan as the lounge and built in wardrobe , which also houses the ironing board and iron. The bedroom is also home to a wall mounted flatscreen TV and DVD/CD Player. The luxurious bathroom, which was renovated 2 years ago has a vanity unit, bidet, Close Coupled WC, shower enclosure with thermostatic power shower. From the balcony you have the spectacualar sea views, which also houses a table and four chairs, two of which recline.
