Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Chalet Koala offers a brilliant base for a summer holiday whether to sample many of the different sports on offer, play golf on the various courses in the area, a base for touring Chamonix, Annecy, Evian, Yvoire or even into Italy for the day or just chilling and relaxing by a lake or stream! With nine bedrooms we can accommodate most groups of family or friends, there is a large garden with splash pool for summer use, garden furniture, bar-b-q and outdoor games, bike storage and wash down facilities. The large lounge has comfy leather sofas, honesty bar, dvd, sky tv, hifi and large open log fire with the dining area opening up onto a large balcony giving brilliant views of the Ardent Valley and across to Morzine. There are tables and chairs on the balcony, a great place to get the most of the sun from breakfast time to tea time. We have a large games room with table tennis, table football and darts and next door a den with playstation2, dvd, games, books and toys for all ages. Wifi access
