Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Villa Areti is a brand new property and is situated just outside of Poriarata, Nr Trapezaki on the south coast of Kefalonia. Villa Areti comprises three bedrooms, two double, one twin all with ensuite showerooms. All rooms airconditioned. Large kitchen/dining living room. Patio area.
The Villa has sea views over the beautiful Lourdas bay and a backdrop of Mt Ainos. Villa Areti is set amongst the olive and almond groves and provides an ideal peaceful location for families.
The Villa offers an ideal location close to a small selection of local amenities (1km), the nearest beach is Trapezaki which has christal clear water and is very safe for children (1.8km).
