The apartment benefits from every conceivable extra and is quite luxurious throughout and on an exclusive phase of just 43 apartments.
Large remote controlled wooden gates lead to underground parking with lift available, if needed, to take you to the first floor.
The complex benefits from security.
The apartment has remote control air conditioning/heating and has a large lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and has extras such as wide screen satellite tv (including all BBC channels), dvd player together with wide selection of up to date dvd's, cd player/radio.
The kitchen is superbly equipped and fully fitted with granite worktops, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge and freezer.
