A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure or the full amount if travel is within 6 weeks. Linen and utility services are included in the price. We would ask you to bring beach towels for the pool/beach. On arrival you will be met by our local agent who will give you the
keys and explain all you need to know and more if you ask. There is a payment on arrival of 50 euros for departure cleaning. Unfortunately we cannot cater for pets and the apartment is non smoking but allowable on the balcony. A small damage deposit will be taken for 100 euros on arrival and is returnable providing a satisfactory inspection of the property at departure.

How to get here: The Costa Blanca is a two-hour flight approximately from the UK. Alicante is the main airport but flights from the UK also fly to Murcia’s San Javier Airport, 15 minutes travel which is handy to Villamartin.
Once you have reached your destination, cars are available to hire or you may wish to travel by the local transport which is regular within the area.
