Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: This large detached house has room for a total of 14 persons. In total there are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms including dining rooms and 3 kitchens, of which one is without a hob.
Downstairs
The first floor has room for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room with dining room and a kitchen.
The kitchen has a microwave, but no hob, so you can’t cook on this floor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom has two separate beds. The other bedroom has a double bed.
This floor is accessible for wheelchair users and also gives access to the garden with pool.
Second floor
On this floor there’s room for 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with adjacent dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and an oven. In the living room there are ceiling fans. The bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet, sink and a bidet. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have bunk beds and two separate beds.
Third floor
Here there’s room for 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave. In the living room there is a settee where two persons can sleep on. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have a single bed.
From the living room the roof terrace can be reached which has a beautiful view.
In all living rooms there’s satellite-tv. There’s also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a barbeque present.
Linen and towels are present in the house.
In the spacious garden there is a large private pool and there are several terraces, including a covered terrace and a roof terrace.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sand beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café’s, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course.
Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring.
The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes).
Both towns, but also all the others at the Costa Cálida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.

How to get here: Good carhire from Murcia or Alicante airport, try www.victoriacars.com , www.arguscarhire.com, www.auto-europe.co.uk or www.car-hire-broker.com.(checks all car hire companies for best deals)
Carhire can also be arranged locally on the Camposol development.
Taxi can be arranged in advance from either Murcia airport for 40euros or 70euros round trip and Alicante airport 50euros or 90euros round trip.
Directions from MURCIA airport, join the AP7 heading towards CARTEGANA/MURCIA , just before the exit for
MURCIA the motorway becomes the CT-32. Take the A-30 MURCIA exit and continue on this motorway,take the
2nd exit to SANTA ANA, bear round under the motorway to go off to the left,as you come up the other side of the
road, ,there is a right hand slip exit to SANTA ANA, ignore this and carry on. Further down you will see a sign for
FUENTE ALAMO and ALHAMA, take this turn and carry on until you reach crossroads signposted to LOS
CANOVAS/MAZARRON on the left. Take this turning ,continue on this road for 8KMS to a crossroads
signposted MAZARRON (MU603) on the left. Turn left, you are now 5 minutes away, as you are approaching
you will see URBANISATION CAMPOSOL signposts on your left and right.
Journey time to Camposol is approx 40minutes.
Directions from ALICANTE airport, Drive out of the airport, go straight ahead to T-junction(400 yards ) turn left
and you are now on the slip road taking you to the E15/A7 motorway .The first turn off is ALICANTE/VALENCIA,
look above you and you will see a blue sign saying E15/A7 MURCIA, join the motorway here .When you are
approaching MURCIA ,the E15/A7splits for MURCIA and ALMERIA/ GRANADA (still the E15/A7) You need to be in the right hand lane here,the road bears off to the right .Take the E15/A7 turn to ALMERIA/GRANANA. TURN. . Travel 30kms along this motorway until you see an exit for ALHAMA DE MURCIA and then one for BAHIA DE MAZARRON, The exit sign says FUENTA ALAMO 627A/B, take this exit..You will see 2 slip roads,take the second one which says 627b, polygono industrial, two miles along this road take the MAZARRON turn on the right (MU603 to MAZARRON) Approx 8-10 miles along this road is CAMPOSOL..
Journey time to Camposol is approx 75minutes.
