Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: The villa is situated at Lakeside at Bass Lake. This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. It is an established home site with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. The community backs onto the picturesque 300 acre Lake Davenport. There are picnic tables and it is the ideal area for an evening walk to enjoy the sun setting and the wildlife around the lake.
The resort is a private gated community and there are two pools, one heated, and a hot spa in close proximity to the Villa. They are available from dawn until dusk. There is no life guard on duty so children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times.
