Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Excellent Value 1 Bed Penthouse Apartment
The village of La Mamola is located off the main N340/E15 coastal road, and is a traditional sea-side fishing village located on the ever increasingly popular Costa Tropical region of Southern Spain.
This is a really peaceful sea side location, with between 4-9 bars/restaurants (dependant upon the season) , doctors, chemist, 3 convenience stores, gift shops, 2 fresh fishmongers, post office, fresh bakery and a bank.
There is also a swimming pool on site and also one located only mins drive away in the nearby traditional Spanish hamlet.
The beach is less than 15 meters away from the front of the apartment block, and again there are several other beaches in the area within a short distance.
This is an ideal base to discover the beautiful and well known Alpujarras, Granada (and the stunning Alhambra Palace), the Sierra Nevada Skiing Region, a number of Water Parks within 40 mins drive, Guadix (Mini Hollywood), just to name a few!
The apartment will sleep 4 people comfortably.
Infants can be accommodated with the use of a cot, at an extra cost.

How to get here: DIRECTIONS FROM MALAGA AIRPORT TO: LA MAMOLA
1. From Malaga airport take the N340 (E15) motorway towards Almeria/Motril. Take it easy as you can miss the turn and end up going to Malaga center. If you are going towards Belamadana you are going the wrong way.
2. Its simple from here on, taking the Motril signs with the Med on your right.
3. Keep on this road all the way to La Mamola.
4. You go through the following towns & villages on your journey (although don’t turn off for them stay on the main N340/E15 road):

5. The apartment block is named EDF Residencial La Mamola 124, and it is located at the Almeria end of the village on the sea front. The apartment is 4J, however if you buzz apartment 4C in EDF Aqua (122), 1 block before the rental apartment, we will arrange to let you in.
