Reading area with a selection of books for all ages, dining table and chairs for 10, modern kitchen with double oven and gas hob both English,microwave,fridge freezer, dishwasher,extractor hood,door to cellar with washing machine work top above, box of garden toys, cricket,volleyball nets and poles,stunt kite swingball and bats.
Large safe and secure enclosed garden laid to grass with gravel patio and drive ample parking for 4 cars etc
