Rates / Pricing Information: from 1st may until end of june - £195.00 per week , from 1st july until end of aug - £230.00, from 1st sept until end of oct - £210.00,all other times £175.00 per week, these prices include all heating, electricity, air con and water used during your stay. This also includes the final cleaning costs too. we require £150 deposit on point of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival. bookings made less than this balance is due in full. We also require a deposit for breakages of £150 returnable at the end of the holiday.

Covered with colourful flowers all year round, Gundogan means 'the Sunrise'. This small town has still got the charming village feel. Life is participated in a very relaxed friendly manner by the locals. This is the Turkey at its best - totally unspoilt.
Famous for its ancient rock cemeteries, it is a small town on the Bodrum Peninsula. It is an important town for fishing, sponge diving and olive and tangerine growing. Boat trips leave from here to secluded Bays along the coast. You can catch a ferry to Didim on the other side of the Bay and watch dolphins and seals swim alongside the boat. Gundogan Beach is one of the largest on the Peninsula. Situated among tangerine, olive and pine trees, intimate restaurants and cafes built on jetties circle the Bay offering traditional Turkish cuisine. There is a small harbour with fishing boats, yachts and gullets as well as a sailing school run by Neilson offering dingy sailing, windsurfing, jet skis and waterskiing. Across the Bay is 'Rabbit Island' which has an old Greek church and standing remains of a Byzantine monastic settlement dated to the 9th Century A.D. Bodrum
Bodrum effortlessly combines ancient and modern, offering 2 beautiful beaches, watersports, a brand new marina, excellent shopping, traditional bazaars, dining and nightlife alongside its proud cultural and historical heritage. It sits in the beautiful Peninsula of the Aegean and Mediterranean sea. It is famous for its vivacious, friendly and bohemian atmosphere. The Black Island is also just opposite the town where you can have a mud spa. Bodrum offers all the facilities of a major town all year round. This is the ‘playground’ of the rich and famous and many actors and actresses holiday here. It is a shopper's paradise and a cosmopolitan all year round holiday destination. Haggle for purchases with the local traders, buy designer clothes at a fraction of the price at home. Or stroll along the marina and stop and enjoy traditional Turkish coffee or cuisine in the cafes or restaurants. It also has the largest open-air nightclub in Europe called the Halikarnass. It is the biggest, trendiest and most stylish club with the setting, the laser show and the no-expense-spared floorshow.

How to get here: Bodrum airport is the closest at only 40 km away, DIRECTIONS FROM BODRUM AIRPORT TO GUNDOGAN
Take the D330 signposted Bodrum as you leave the airport road.
Follow this road for 30 km.
You will then come to a round about, with Yalikavak, Torba and Gundogan signposted on your right.
Turn right here.
Follow the road through Torba
Passed the turning for Golkoy and Turkbuku
Gundogan will be signposted.
After a total of approx 15 km you will come to the outskirts of Gundogan.
There is a turning to Gundogan on your right do not take this one.
Follow the road for approx 500/750 m. There is a second turning for Gundogan, with a very large sign for the Baia Hotel. Turn right here.
