Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: A superior, well appointed detached 3 bedroom villa, ideally situated on a small private development, a premium location, enjoying a relaxed, peaceful setting, and yet so close to the attraction packed Highway 192, with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment. The 192 also provides easy access to Orlando’s main attractions, Disney World being a mere 15 minutes drive away.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with 2x queen size sofa bed, additional family room and patio doors leading to the pool deck - perfect for al-fresco dining and relaxing in the sun.
There is a fitted kitchen, complete with breakfast table & chairs, and fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit.
The large master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with pool access. Two further bedrooms (1 with a set of bunk beds & 1 twin bed ) & (1 with double bed), share the second bathroom. Laundry alcove with full size washer and tumble dryer, and access into the double garage.
Our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has it’s own private screened pool, backing onto a wooded conservation area.
