Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Residencial El Patio is set in a very popular Spanish town named Algorfa, the apartments have the luxury of having a secure gate entrance with intercom, fully air conditioned or heated, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and overlooks the swimming pool from the large balcony, Guardamar beach 10 minutes away beautiful lemon and orange groves surround these popular apartments with the stunning Orrihuela mountains dominating the horizon, and the small town square is merely a 2 minute walk away , hosting many fiesta's and market days throughout the year .The local Spanish Tapas bar is a must and if you're in a real party mood the local nightclubs are a 5 minute walk. Many facilities are available, including banks, Pharmacists, a bakery and small supermarket. If you're feeling active there are tennis, football, basketball, hockey courts, a childrens play area along with an olympic size communual swimming pool are all available in the main Algorfa municipal centre, just around the corner a footpath will lead you to the stunning 18 hole Algorfa golf course. For a small traditional Spanish town you will be amazed of the facilities on offer, if you want to shop or visit probably the best beach in the Costa Blanca region you must visit Guardamar Del Segura, a mere 8 minute drive by car or taxi will get you there and has a huge choice in restaurants and shops.
