Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: In Ostuni called the White City, rent in especially for a week, studios and villa independents in an ANCIENT COUNTRY HOUSE of ‘800 where live the owner.
The Studio and the villa are completely restructures, furnishes with cure and with every comfort.
The structure is dipped in the green of the country in a position to giving the maximum tranquillity for relax in a bigger garden enclosed with parking, guaranteeing also all the services and the comforts; the distant country from the town is approximately 200 mt.
The historic center is near, the town with the panorama, the cathedral, the museums, the rich churches of art and traditions, the typical houses in stone: the trulli, Ostuni is declared from the enviromentalists Blue Flag of Europe, with its beautiful inlet and beach along all cost.
Each studio is composed from a triple bedroom, bath, kitchen-room and veranda with tables and chairs.
The villa is composed from two triple bedrooms with bath in every one and in one bath there is a washig machine, kitchen-room and dining room, veranda with tables and chairs.
The Studios and Villa have TV, deposit boxes, heating, equipped of dishes, plates and a change linen.
In the external zone a furnace with barbecue is available, trellis works in stone with wood beams and climbing, a biological garden in the posterior part of the country house in order to savour the vegetables of the season in the limit of the availabilities (tomatoes, aubergine, pepper, courgette, etc), deckchairs in order to get tan itself comfortably under the sun, availability of bicycles for excursions in the country and to the town, there is a public stopped bus at 200 mt for to go to the sea.
Nearest at 200 mt there are: supermarkets, bar, restaurants, hospital, pharmacies, shops and stores of every type.
