Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: This exclusive well appointed semi detatched apartment overlooks the Mediterranean it is 400m above sea level and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas. There are 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to people, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery It has air conditioning, satellite TV, video, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Outside there is a patio terrace with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, and secure gated car parking. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 7 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga 25 mins .
The owners live next door and are available at all times. Usefull for carrying bags local knowledge. Linen is changed every week.
Local Activities: Swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near, tennis the Lew Hoad Tennis Club is very near, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions.
