Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: The original Farmhouse dates back to the 18th century. A traditional French Longiere has the benefit of very few stairs, only two leading into the bedroom area and three from the kitchen to the dining room. The tiles in the lounge, kitchen and one of the bedrooms are original and unique for the area. In the lounge we have installed a wood burning fire which gives heat and a warm glow on the cooler evening in spring and winter, comfortably furnished and has TV and videos, hi-fi and cd’s, plus books and games for all ages. The oil fired central heating provides warmth throughout the gite. Anjou has a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. Also two double bedrooms and one twin room. Cot and travel cot highchair and pushchair are also available on request.
Anjou has its own spacious private lawned garden overlooking the vineyards complete with BBQ, garden furniture, child’s picnic table etc….
The swimming and paddling pool are in the top garden. We also have sun loungers, tables and chairs. There is a childrens play area with swings, toddlers slide and many other outdoor play items.
Guests are encouraged to pick the fruit from our pear, apple, apricote and plum tress plus a hosts of other soft fruits.
