Can I include all of my properties in one listing?
Yes, You can include more than one property details on the listing however you might find that this will not maximise your holiday rental accommodation exposure.It will only appear once in the search engine.
We would encourage you to create a multiple listing in your user area to maximise the exposure of your property, we will not restrict the number of properties you list with us on the free trial, or if you decide to stay with us long term. Multiple listings benefit from a 50% discount on our normal advertising rates. Rental agents and property management companies are offered a different rate.

Can you remove me from your listing?
If you want to be removed from the listing for any reason, just send us an email. We can suspend your account and remove you from the list if you wish. Just let us know when to reactivate you.

How do I upload photographs?
You will need to log into your account, edit your listing and you will see a link to add/update your images. We can only accept files .jpg or .gif upto a maximum of 1mb in size, anything else will fail to upload. All images are resized automatically and added to your holiday property advertisement. If you have any problems with attaching images we do offer a full image support service detailed in the user area.

How do I change the layout of advertisements?
The page layout is determined by a few things.The options you complete against your listings details screen will determine what is displayed on the main listing view. You also have a free text area to get creative with your descriptions. The free text area also accepts some basic HTML like bold, underline and italics, generally what you type here is what you will see.

How do I display my holiday rental property rates and special offers?
If our listings editor does not allow you to populate this field we suggest you use the additional pricing information free text area to details this. If something is missing from our editor and you think it might be an idea for us to add it in, just let us know.

How do I advertise my rental property details online and apply?
You just need to refer to our how to get listed page. This will guide you through the process. You can register and add your details on in minutes.

How do I get included in the featured listings?
This is now included as a standard feature of the website. We rotate the featured properties so all listings will appear in our highest visitor pages.

How do I Make changes to my advertisements?
You just need to log into your account online at any time and make your changes.

How do I receive my rental bookings and enquiries?
Your booking enquiries are made directly by your customers via the form on your dedicated web page, so whatever contact details you have added to your account with us, we will use these details for the enquiry form and visitors to contact you. Email is very popular so make sure you check your email account on a regular basis at least every day if you can.

How long does it take to get my holiday rental property advertisement live on the site?
As long as it takes for you to create an advertisement, fill in the property form and press save. Not very long really, we think you could have it all on line within 10 minutes. If you are reactivating your listing, we do this manually so please do expect a small delay..

I already have a website for my holiday rental property can i link to it?
We only support text links but yes you can have as many as you like..If you decide to list with us we can provide a link to your website on request.

What if I forget my password?
In the account log in screen you can request a reminder to the email address used to create your original account, this will reset your password and email you a new one. Log into your account when you get it and change the password. If you get in a mess though, just let us know, this is easily fix ed..

Why don't you do online holiday rental booking?
We want you to have full control over this process. It also adds another layer for your customers to communicate through. We think that the best salesperson for your accommodation is you the owner.

Do you have an availability calendar to show my holiday properties booings?
Yes, every property now has their own availability calendar this was only introduced in Sept 2005, you can even link to the holiday property calendar from your own webpage. Just maintain it in your HolidayHavens user area.

Will I need training on how to use the system?
No, hopefully not.We do provide you with as much information as possible to make the system as accessible as possible to you and our users. If you ever get in a muddle though just let us know.

You don't cover my Country. Would you accept me?
Yes, we can add your country in. We will be expanding our coverage and the detail of out map search as our members increase, so just let us know where.

Where should i advertise my self catering holiday accommodation and rental property?

Can I pay you in a different currency?
You can extend your listing in £ via the Paypal system. .
You can pay for your extension securley online using your credit card with PayPal in your user area, just click the buttons and fill in the gaps, select your currency and press pay.... You do not need a paypal account.
If you prefer to transfer money from your Bank just let us know we will let you have our IBAN SWIFT details as swiftly as we can..

How can I pay for my rental advertising?
We will accept cheques made out to HolidayHavens and sent to us at our HQ address on the contact us page.
Securely using your credit card with PayPal in your user area, just click the buttons and fill in the gaps, select your currency and press pay.... You do not need a paypal account. .

How much will it cost me?
This really depends on what option you go for, refer to our pricing and feature lists shown on our what we offer page for this information. We also have special advertising rates giving you lots of options. We have recently moved to a one off payment system, so no more renewals.

When do I get charged?
Depending on the current offer, you may be charged when you add your listing, or we will kindly remind you to extend when your listing has expired.

How permanent is my extension listing?
Your property will be removed from the system, we are now running a credit system, where properties listed are purchase upfront and are permanently listed on the website..

Will you write my advertisement details for me?
No we cant do that. If you are struggling with your creative writing skills, just have a search through the database and have a read of the other properties listed, some good examples here. We have also tried to make our accommodation listing editor as comprehensive as possible to reduce the need for pages and pages of writing. We think a few good pictures of your property is a good alternative.
